Avoid temperature variations in your home?
We offer the complete package, including survey, design and installation, working with reputable brands to bring you value you for money and quality under floor heating systems.
Customers who have opted for under floor heating agree that this give a far more even heat. ‘Hot spots’ created by radiators are eliminated and a bonus is more wall space to place furniture.
You can also choose to have the underfloor heating on the ground floor only, in one or two rooms only, and keep radiators in the rest of the house.
For concrete or wooden floors an overlay can be used to install the heating. Then you can choose to carpet, laminate or tile over the top.
Wooden floors can be insulated between the joists, and then spreader plates are used to carry the pipe work. The floor can be re-laid to carpet or engineered wood flooring.
Underfloor heating also saves on fuel cost as each room has its own programmer and thermostat and unlike radiators the water flow temperature is much lower.
